Who we are

This shop is run by two private individuals rehoming our own makeup and beauty products. We are not a business or retailer. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Pre-loved items, sold as described

Most items are used. We describe each one honestly, including condition, amount left and expiry date where we know it, and show real photos. Items are sold as-is, in the condition described and pictured.

Hygiene, allergies and skin reactions

• Please sanitise products before use (e.g. wipe or scrape the top layer, spray with alcohol where suitable).
• Always check the ingredients and patch test before use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
• Don't use eye products if you have an eye infection, and replace mascara and liquid eye products regularly.
• You use the products at your own risk. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation or infections.

Expiry and condition

Expiry dates and amounts left are given in good faith from the packaging or our own records. Please check the item when it arrives and don't use anything that looks, smells or feels off.

No returns or refunds

Because these are personal-care products, we don't accept returns or give refunds, including for change of mind or shade. The only exceptions are:

• the parcel is lost by An Post and you paid for tracked or registered postage, or
• the item is clearly not as described (e.g. wrong item or seriously damaged).

To raise one of these, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll offer a refund of what you paid for that item.

Payment

Placing an order reserves the items — no payment is taken on this website. We'll send you a Revolut or PayPal payment link. If it isn't paid within 48 hours we may cancel the order and put the items back on sale.

Postage

We send everything by An Post. Postage prices shown are our best estimate and may be adjusted before you pay. Once the parcel is handed to An Post, we're not responsible for delays, loss or damage, unless you paid for tracked or registered postage. Please make sure your address is correct.

Free items

Free items cost nothing except postage. The same terms apply.

We use your details only to complete your order. See our privacy policy.
