What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, postal address, country, Instagram handle (optional) and any note you add. We also record when you agreed to our shop terms.

You don't need an account to buy, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

Only to process your order: to reserve your items, send you a payment link and updates about your order, and post it to you. Our legal basis is that we need it to fulfil the order you asked for.

Who sees it

• The shop owners.
• An Post, who receive your name and address to deliver the parcel.
• The service providers that host this website and send our order emails, who process it only on our behalf.
• Revolut or PayPal, if you choose to pay with them (under their own privacy policies).

We never sell your details or use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We delete order details 12 months after your order is delivered or cancelled, unless we need them longer to deal with a problem with that order.

Your rights

Under Irish and EU data protection law (GDPR) you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
